Kingsley Cotton Kingsley has 30 years experience solving a wide range of legal problems. He has helped his clients with boundary disputes, zoning issues, inheritance contests, construction defects, family businesses, contracts of all kinds and education law. Mr. Cotton also handles land use, zoning and planning issues before courts and administrative tribunals such as zoning boards and planning commissions. He litigates real estate, zoning and other complex cases for the firm and is also a family law expert. Mr. Cotton served for two terms on the State Bar of Michigan Civil Procedure Committee and on various Oakland County Bar Association Committees. He was chairman of the Birmingham Zoning Board of Appeals for many years and served on the Board of Directors of the Birmingham family YMCA. Areas of Practice
